What is my greatest emotional block, trauma from the past that prevents me from moving forward?

When this card represents the primary emotional block or issue from the past limiting self-growth, there is an indication that I have not learned to express my emotions. I want to start new life, but lack of ambition and contrasting emotion are the obstacle.

My inability to express my emotions has caused me be hit by looses of any potential friends, and boyfriends and discouraged me from forming personal bonds. This is a time of agony, but only I can can get myself out of it. I feel confused about why the crisis occurred, but deep down I already aware of the reason. I just don't want to face them.

Strength

How is my emotional block currently affecting my personal relationships with others in the present?

I am struggling to gain my own in emotional struggle. As a result, I am experiencing an upsurge from my inner, instinctive nature that is calling upon me to pay careful attention to my own needs and not put my ambitions on the back burner in order to attend to the demands of others. It is a time of travail, but I will eventually overcome the difficulties and come out on top.

Into the Calm

Find yourself constantly seeking sanity? Stress can impact your physical and emotional health

It’s 10 o’clock and you don’t know where your life is. You haven’t been sleeping well, and you’ve got a major presentation at work first thing in the morning. Your mother called two hours ago and can’t find hAer hearing aid (that’s the second time today), your daughter’s got a bad cold, and your husband thinks the two of you are growing apart. And you feel like you hit the wall weeks ago.
Ironically, burnout stems from an exquisite system designed to save us from bodily harm when we come face to face with imminent danger. Here’s the drill: Once your brain senses some kind of menace, your heart starts to race, you can jump or run like never before, you become hypervigilant, and mentally alert—all in an instant. Why? Because your body’s central nervous system has switched to fight-or-flight mode. The adrenal glands pump out adrenalin, cortisol, and other hormones that affect your heart, lungs, circulation, metabolism, and immune system.

HOW TO: Manage Multiple Social Media Profiles

Amplify’d from mashable.com

multiplesocialmediasitesStart counting the number of social media websites you have a profile with, right now. Out of fingers yet? Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and YouTube are just the start of it – for people active on social websites, you could have several dozen social media profiles, half of them using a really old picture of you. Heck, some of them probably have inboxes filled with strange messages from some girl named “Leota” who wants you to visit her sexy singles website.

The first step is to exactly know where you have a social media profile and where you do not. Start by checking with Check User Names, which will search dozens of popular social media websites to see if your username is active. Check any you normally use. If any don’t ring any bells, see if it’s yours or if somebody already owns.

I am looking to buy a cell to replace the one that fell into water. I had called woman in regards to her Craigslist ad. She had been an odd woman. It turned out she didn't know the price of the phone, but it was not the odd part. The odd part was the phone was not hers and she had kept insisting we meet half way. At first she told me she will call me back when she will be in San Diego, then she told me I should call her. I am so not calling her back I will wait to see if there are any other phones I will like.
