I have left a negative review on here by for some odd reason it is not there today. Here what I wrote about the company:
"I have ordered anti-aging product from the company, but it had never arrived. I called, but no one picked up. I emailed the email bounced. Finely, I have contacted them using PayPal only then did I get the response that there is flood and the shipment is delayed for that reason. Which seemed like truth since I did receive the package on it it stated that it was 1 of 2 shipment. Still didn't get the second on though. I have emailed them again two days ago, it didn't bounce but there was no response this time. I called, no one picked up the phone. I have called the PayPal, explained my situation, so the case is going to be reopened. It is very unprofessional behavior on their part. Why is it I have to complain in order to get the product that I have paid for? And I wonder what would be their excuse for not sending the second package. Another flood, fire, earthquake, sudden irruption of volcano, or hurricane? No meter what it is I am never shopping with them again."
Today I got email from the Bee Royal Products. This is what they wrote:
We have shipped out all items on your order. We have answered all emails coming in and we understand your concern. We have truly had issues with the flood our warehouse was under 18 inches of water when the Corp of engineers released more water from the Dakota areas. You can verify our weather disaster via the internet. All of our customers have understood this and worked well with us as our main concern has always been customer satisfaction. The flood and delays in getting orders out has truly been out of our hands and we hope you will understand."
This is my reply to them:
"No, I did not get all items ordered. Two are missing. When you shipped the package on it someone wrote that it is 1st of two packages."
This is what they have written back to my reply:
"We will gladly research the situation on monday when the office staff is back. We are the weekend service. We would greatly appreciate if you can refrain from writing bad reviews on our company as we are trying to work this out with you and have open communication. We understand your being upset and can assure you that the company always works very hard to serve each individual customer with one on one service. All emails are answered within 24 hours usually and the email@example.com always receives emails without any problems."
I do hope that I will get an answer to when I can expect the second package to arrive, if not I will have to report them as fraud and hope they can't remove that from the site.
