Update: My back seems batter after talking the medicine, but my stomach is so uncomfortably knotted I am not sure I will be able to eat.

Update: I have not been feeling good for almost a week . My stomach is still all in knots and I am not sure how my body will react to medicine on empty stomach, but this is the only way to take it. I will wait until my stomach feels better to take the medicine, I just hope I won't have to skip my breakfast.
