Google Chrome Event ID: 1

Both Firefox and Google Chrome had crashed yesterday. I have looked at Event Viewer. Here is the error from there: The description for Event ID 1 from source Chrome cannot be found. Either the component that raises this even is not installed on your computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. Chrome had encountedred a fatal error. ver=25.0.1367.97;lang=;id=is_machine=1;minidump=C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\CrashReports\05b91405-7514-4eba-b50f-4e8b8aaad08ec.dmp I have Windows 7 SP 1. Does anyone know what to do?
